Get record action fails - The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Get_a_record' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid

Hello, 

 

I am having trouble when I try to run my flow, i get the following error message:

And the first two steps look like this:

Any ideas?

    Please fill the record identifier in Item identifier field and try again.

    Hi @CRMPowerapps ,

     

    Could you share a screenshot of your current Flow configuration? From the error message, the parameter you set in the Item ID is empty, so I recommend you fill in the identifier.

     

    When choosing a connector, please try to choose Common Data Service instead of Common Data Service (current environment).

     

    When choosing an environment, please choose the same environment instead of current.

     

    Please consider creating a new Flow and testing whether similar errors still exist.
