I cannot tell you what you did wrong since you don't show your workflow and how it is configured. So please review this for how it can be done: S. J. Lewis 365 Solutions: Microsoft Flow: How to embed an image in an email

You need to convert your binary image to base64 first.

@David, thanks for your response. I don't have the image saved either in sharepoint or locally, I have these images in outlook email, I have to get them from outlook and send them to other contacts.
Can you help me how to get the image from the email body? if I can crack this I should be able to use steps you suggested.

@Bhairav_Gotam I am not sure how to help you get images out of Outlook. You may want to rephrase your post as how it is worded doesn't make it clear that you need help in getting images out of an Outlook message. If you update the post, you may want to include why you need to do that as it will help in trying to figure out a solution. I would suggest changing the title of your post "How to Extract Images from Outlook Email" instead.

To extract an embedded image from an Outlook email using Power Automate, you can follow the same process that allows you to save attachments.
After the email trigger, add the “Get Attachment (V2)” action to retrieve all attachments from the email. Select the "Message Id" from the trigger to fetch the attachments related to email. If you email has other attachments, you might need to filter them out using a filter action.
