Hey guys!
I'm on a bit of a journey to build calendars for our team that compile planner tasks into viewable master calendars for our PM. Since we already have access to each other's outlook calendars, I am proposing that we simply just convert our tasks into outlook events that get added to each of our calendars upon assignment, that way our PM can just open up our outlook calendar to check out our workload. Attached here is a screenshot of my first whack at a workflow automation to make this happen, with an error message...

What I'm interpreting is that the data output of Planner is simply not converting into something meaningful for outlook, so I'm trying to devise a workaround that can give outlook the format it needs. Any thoughts?
Also, as a secondary question, if a task is updated using this workflow, will the event be triggered again, creating a second event in the outlook calendar?
