Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Today in the Outlook forums I saw a post about an issue with links in the new Outlook creating a new Outlook message instead of opening the link. The post showed this with an approval from Power Automate. You can read the post at Outlook for Web opens SharePoint link as new email address - Microsoft Community.

The suggested solution is to wrap the link in uriComponent() expression. For example: uriComponent(https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/outlook-for-web-opens-sharepoint-link-as-new-email/057aa6e9-7fa0-46a2-adba-1de1a168623f)

I have tested this, and it makes the issue even worse. When you do this, it breaks the link everywhere.

Has anyone else experienced this yet? The above post in the Outlook forum was made yesterday, so maybe this is a brand new issue. I couldn't find any posts about this in the Power Platform Community.
