Hi All,

Using Power Automate or PowerApps, is there a way I can add a survey to a SharePoint webpage so all the users in the company can participate? We want to ask a question once a week where the user can make a selection.

Example Survey Question:

If you could pick a day to work from home what day would it be?

1) Monday

2) Tuesday

3) Wednesday

4) Thursday

5) Friday

You can make use of the PowerApps webpart available in share point to achieve this scenario. Develop a powerapps application from the power apps studio and once your application is ready you can integrate that into the sharepoint site using the power apps web part.
