I am using send an email with options action with approve/reject button. Part of the requirement, I want to leverage azure app token to validate/authenticate if the same person who receives the email clicked on approve button. Can someone please help me with automate this process?

Do you want to get information on whether the recipient approved the email?
Send email with options natively supports this feature.
When you trigger the flow, the action runs and ends when the recipient replies.
