    Hi @Rahil,

Do you want to create a ticket from within a Power Virtual Agent?

It has been a while since I worked with SCSM 😅. But as far as I am aware that does not have an API.

However, System Center suite has a product called Orchestrator. Do you have that product installed as well? It might be possible via Orchestrator instead.

In Orchestrator you could design a runbook with uses the Create Incident With Template step for the creation of tickets:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/system-center/orchestrator/design-and-build-runbooks?view=sc-orch-2022

Over here is a PowerShell code sample which you might be able to convert into a Power Automate flow with a HTTP action. You would need a Gateway for this to be able to access the on-prem servers.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/system-center/developer/hh921685(v=msdn.10)?redirectedfrom=MSDN#starting-a-runbook-with-windows-powershell

But this is all a concept in my head. I don't have an on-prem deployment of System Center to test this.
