Create Attendance Certificate with QR Code printed made with Microsoft Forms and Power Automate

Dear All.

From the past few days i have trying to create an attendance Certificate with QR Code printed on it. This QR Code has details as what is in the certificate. (i.e. Name, Phone Number, and ID),

I am using Microsoft and Power Automate for this.

I am not an expert on this, i hope this forum can assist me.

Thank You for sharing.

I have been using almost the same method.

But, i cannot find a correct way to embed the QR Code on the Certificate.

This QR code should have information on what we have entered in the Microsoft Form.

Hopefully can somebody show the way.
