Update Sharepoint List item when Salesforce Record is modified

I have 1 flow that pulls responses from a MS Form to a Sharepoint list and then creates a Salesforce Record. This flow works perfectly. Where I'm struggling is with the 2nd flow to update the related item in the Sharepoint List when the record in Salesforce is modified. I've tried several methods and can get it to run, but instead of it updating the related list item, it updates ALL list items. Attached is my test showing successful run, but what do I need to do to have it update ONLY the related item of the Salesforce record that was updated?

    Hi @nDaniel

few things noted after looking at your flow

    1. Why you are pulling all salesforce records when you are getting details from trigger itself?

    2. Also are you filtering the Get Items sharepoint action using filter query based on data from trigger ?

    Thanks & Regards,

    Hello @Nived_Nambiar ,

    1. That happened after viewing some videos to try to build the flow I need.

    2. I am not filtering the Get Items Sharepoint. I'm quite new to Power Automate and not sure how to do that.

    Thank you!

    Hi @nDaniel

I am not sure around the Salesforce part, but what i could say the record in salesforce may have a unique identifier by which same record in sharepoint can be identifed, so if we get same unique identifier from the trigger's output, then you can utilize a feature in get items (sharepoint) to pull items based on filter operation, ie Odata filter query, using that you can filter the items from SharePoint and then use its output to loop through and use update item to updathe required item. see below for more details around Odata filter query
