Hi everyone.

I'm not sure if I'm in the righ topic, but I have a question.

I need to make a flow with planner. I need to get the tasks of each plan that I have created in different groups. Is there away to get all planners Id and get their tasks? I don't want to change id planer by planer by myself.

Thanks u in advance

    Hi

Do you need to get all the tasks you have created or all the tasks assigned to you, no matter the plan id?

    Hope this helps

    Hi @Anonymous ,

You could refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

    Hi

Either 'Get a task' or 'Get tasks' will provide several parameters as outputs per Task, including Task related Dates, here you are an example. Plase also note when a task is marked as completed, "completedDateTime" will be no empty.

I guess when you ask for the late tasks, you means those tasks whose Due Date have expired and are not Completed yet, right? If so, there are functions in WDL for date comparison and manipulation... for example greater() can help you to compare DueDate with  utcNow(), but probably you should also consider if there is a completedDateTime (i.e. task was completed) or not.

    Hope this helps
