I have the contents of a PDF that I'm trying to save to an attachment. When the attachments body take the PDF content it gives me an error:

I have tried to remove the last char from the output as I suspect it is the EOF char, but it only works sometimes. It causes the file to not be downloadable. To remove the last char I did:
substring(outputs('Render_Report')?['body/Output'],0,add(length (outputs('Render_Report')?['body/Output']),-1))
Is there a way to have the body accept all content?
