What deploying pipeline as delegate e.g. service principal gives us?
As far as I know it will be deployed by service not the maker of the app, but what would happen with connections and so on?
I read also thanks to deploying pipeline as delegate, we can give user minimum privileges to the target environment. But would basic role be enough to adjust connections etc?
