I have made a change to my only flow in Cloud Flows where the trigger is when a New Form is submitted it will do two things. First, it will add a line to an Excel table with the specified fields from the form and it will send an email to a group specified by individual email addresses.
I made an update to those email addresses and added an additional email address and now the flow is triggering like there are now two Flows AND it is adding 2 lines to the excel form with duplicate information and sending the email like it did in the original format AND sending another email the way I intended it to. I do not know how to tun this old flow off since it was just an edit of the existing flow.

Is there a reason it didn't loop before? It started doing this after I added another email address to the last step of the flow.
Your issue is that you should not have a loop. The loop exists because you are referencing List of responses in the Get Response Details action rather than the Response ID (from the trigger in Dynamic properties).
Please post a screen shot of your Flow - that will make it much easier to assist you.
