We utilize Teams webinars for in and out of tenant users, allowing external/guest users to join our webinars. We get key data from these users (i.e. email address, first/last name) in the registration process. Post event we send a follow up email to each person with a attendance certificate attached in an email which i have been able to create the power automate for manually editing the webinar attendance report.

To further automate this process:

1) After the event, is there any way to automate the sending of the webinar attendance report for data cleaning/formatting using Power BI or Power Automate? The challenging thing is sometimes there are multiple entries with dates/time reports for that event.

2) Is there a way to setup a standard survey/form template with the same questions asked for each webinar, and have a new webinar specific one automatically created to input the link to the email with the event title/date for that survey created?
