How to Update Only Specific Cells in an Excel Table Without Affecting Formulas?

Hi everyone,

I have an Excel table that is part of a larger model with dynamic formulas that update daily. When I receive an email with an attachment or retrieve data from a server, I want to update only specific cells in the table (highlighted in blue) while keeping the rest of the table untouched.

What I need to achieve:

1️⃣ Clear only the content of the cells that are highlighted in blue, without deleting the rows or affecting other columns.
2️⃣ Insert new data into these cleared cells from an external file.
3️⃣ Export 3 specific columns from the updated table at the end.

    Hi,

From cloud you can call a desktop flow and run attended or unattended.  You will be calling a Power Automate for Desktop flow and there are specific actions that can do the tasks you are looking for.

The first action can clear the values in a specific range without effecting other formulas or values.

The second, can write a value to a specific cell.  You can also write to named cells.  You will most likely need to have a loop here and write to each cell (pretty easy to do btw).

The last action, can read the values in the 3 desired columns you want and store the values in a variable, then do something with them later, such as emailing them, etc.

Here's a short list of Excel actions in Power Automate for Desktop.

I've saved the file from email to my Folder. After that i'm stuck..
