So, i posted a question a while ago about needing to have a yes/no field and when its clicked on 'yes' (even after the item is made) it enters in a spreadsheet of all the information that was entered in the list item.

And now i need to add to this flow below, to have the same row delete if the box is unchecked in SharePoint list, how would i go about doing this?

Any suggestions would be welcomed :)

Do you have a relationship established between the SharePoint list and the Excel file. For example, does the Excel file contain the ID of the SharePoint list item? If so, this would not be too difficult. You would do this:
    • After the trigger, use the get changes for an item or file action.
    • Use a condition to check if the yes/no field has been modified and that it equals yes.
    • If it has, use the Excel delete a row action. Set the key column to the column in the spreadsheet that stores the SharePoint ID value.
    • And in the Key value field, enter the SharePoint ID value from the trigger.
You can get more information on the  get changes for an item action and how to configure it here: Run a flow when a SharePoint column is modified - Microsoft Power Platform Blog.

So your flow only triggers when the yes/no field is yes, I would add a trigger condition to check for that.
