Power App License

I aim to confirm if I am eligible to use power app but I only get "Power App community license". what feature I can access it. I've developed the app already but it seems I could not shared other users for wide use.

 

Also, I realized I got two environment. The one is called "Personal productivity" environment and another is my personal environment (Build apps with dataverse). What are different between them?

    seems you have a trial and dev environment because it’s not a business tenant but persona only
     
    and both of those are intended only for you. 
     
    you can export them and put them in another environment that the other users are a part of.

    Thanks for your response but which kind of environment can support sharing with other users. Do I require to upgrade Power app license and be able to share.
