Hide button based on SharePoint List Element permissions

Hi, 

I have a SharePoint list where different users have different access to the elements in the lists. Some users have only read rights to some elements and other have edits rights to other elements. 

Is it possible to hide a button in PowerApps based on the selected element`s permissions?

 

For example, the user with read rights to the element shall not be able to see the edit button when viewing the selected item in Powerapps.

    That depends on how the permissions work in the list. Could you please share more details? I mean how did you give different access to users?

    You can change the visible or displaymode property of the button. You can use User().Email to retrieve logged in user. That should be enough to get you working on an IF statement. If you need more assistance please share more details.
