I setup a workflow to send 2 email notifications from the email address: safetynotification@mycompany.com
But after one or two successful flows, it keeps breaking and reverts back to using my personal work email address when anyone clicks submit (from an App in Powerapps). See Pictures, really need help or alternative solution to correct this. The workflow, see the "Send as"
My Email, see it is coming from me, not safetynotification.

The problem ended up being: time
For some reason it took a couple days to take full effect. It is no problem now. When something is submitted, it comes from the right address.
Hi @Anonymous,
Do you want to send out the mail, the sender shows the account configured in From (Send as)?
The account filled here is required ”Send on behalf of” permission for that mailbox.
Please make sure this account has the permission. More details about sending an email on behalf of another user, please check the following article:
give-mailbox-permissions-to-another-user-in-office-365-admin
In addition, please check if the email address that you filled within the From (Send as) field ends with a semicolon ; .
Take a try and feel free let me know if issue still exist.
Best Regards,
Barry
