HTTP Connector - Built-in vs Premium

I want to use the connector "When a HTTP request is received" connector. In the DLP policy under non business connector it is listed as "Built in" but when I try to use the connector it says it's a premium connector. Could someone let me know what is the meaning of Built-in and why it is not classified as Premium in the DLP policy but when actually use it in the flow it shows as premium. Confused.

We are planning to use E3 licenses and I want to use this connector for integration scenarios. Is it possible to use E3 licenses with this connector?

We are not looking at per app / per user plan at the moment.

HTTP Connector - Built-in vs Premium
Old post, I realize, but I have the same question. With the new version it shows up under both "Built-in" and "Premium". My work account has the basic version of PA, but I was able to use the "HTTP" action, and run a flow, so I'm thinking maybe it's not Premium? But it does have that Diamond icon next to my flow, which should indicate that it's Premium.

My license says I can't use Premium Connectors.
