I imported some fields in dataverse and its creating duplicated records daily for some reason. any idea how to fix it?
Hi @Sean9
You must review whether there are any system operations, or the currents that you are using are accidental because at the moment you are importing the form you cannot duplicate

It seems that they are duplicating based on a scheduling job
Hi @Sean9
When we import data into a table through an Excel file there is an option to not allow duplicates, but this will depend on the GUID, or if you have keys that do not allow duplicate values.
On the other hand, if I can understand what you are saying, it is that after the import new records were created, and this is only possible if the duplication is not being validated as I mentioned above, or if there is a background process that is creating records within of your table, call it a Workflow or a Power Automate.
But it is most likely associated with the way you are importing the data.
If you want to avoid duplicate data, using a key is a way to protect data duplication depending on your structure, for example a combination of two fields that makes that value unique.
Another way is that you can create rules to stop duplicates, but this does not work when we import data, only when we create it manually
