Faulty layout in email from "Start and wait for an approval" function

Update: Markdown did not solve the issue

Dear all,

I have a layout issue with the email which is send out in the "start and wait for approval" function in my Flow.

The issues are in the "Details" and "Link" section, where the text will just appear on one line, so you cannot see all of it. I have tried to make a screenshot to illustrate what I mean. The same issue appears in the link section where you cannot see the full link. Moreover, you can also not use the link.

The odd thing is that not all users run into this issue.

I had a similar issue with the language of the email being in Danish, which I solved by changing the preferred app language on my computer. So, I was wondering if there might be a similar solution to the email layout.

The workaround is by opening the original message which is at the bottom of the email, but I would like to solve it.

Thank you for your help.

    Hi Alice,

Please see a screnshot of the flow. I'm not using any layouting such as markdown. The email is send out by the Approvals action and not by an outlook action

    Kind regards

    Anders

    Hi @Anders1 ,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

How long is the full link in the link field?

    Best regards,

    Alice
