replace text with null and blank with the in power automate desktop

I'm trying to change a text that is originally like this: COMPANY COUNTRY S.A. (blank spaces between words and periods) to COMPANY%20COUNTRY%20SA but it doesn't work for me, including using %''% for the period and how to put the % as text

Great that you found a solution already. You could also do it with replace text %%20 or %'%20'%

With Power Automate Desktop if you only use one % -sign it will give syntax error since it always expects two %-signs. It thinks that you have started a reference for variable but don't have the ending % -sign.
So if you want to replace %20 then you can just add another % sign so: %%20 Then PAD will not give syntax error and it will read that as %20.

Or you could use: %'%20'%
In that you tell PAD that you are giving it string of text inside the percent signs and apostrophes %'string of text here'%
