Multi-factor authentication for NIST

Hi,

 

Please let me know whether the multi-factor authentication in power apps is NIST compliant. If so, could you please share the articles for it. 

 

Can we implement Smart Cards as one of the MFAs in Power Apps.

    I'm not a identity SME, but I know that Power Apps uses your organizations' Azure AD for identity and authentication.
