Atualizar propriedades de arquivo após inserir um excel na biblioteca

Olá pessoal, tenho a seguinte situação:
Um fluxo salva um arquivo excel em uma biblioteca no sharepoint, porém ao tentar atualizar as propriedades do arquivo logo em sequência não consigo, pois diz que esta bloqueado pelo usuário, alguma maneira de desbloquear isso?
