Error 492 on List Rows Present in a Table (Excel)

I am receiving a throttling error/492 error on the List Rows Present in a Table action.  The table overall has roughly 500 rows; however, I have an ODATA query set up to exclude rows where the column Archive eq 'No', which currently reduces the number of rows to 59.

 

This flow has been running for nearly a year without issue until today.  It is scheduled to run every 2 hours, and only started receiving the error on the 4 run for the day.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this, or what the issue might be?

    I have the same issue. The flow has run without any issue for a month. Starting from this week, I always get 429 error. I have about 100 lines in each table.
