Unable to update password for connections after changing password - non Tenant account

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I changed my password the other day and since then, when I try and update my connections, I am shown the message

Failed to create connection for connection id '/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_outlook/connections/shared-outlook-********-****-****-****-************'. The environment data loss prevention policies for environment: '********-****-****-****-************' could not be found.

I can't set the environment data loss prevention policies as I don't have a tenant! It's a personal "live" account.

Thank you! I did try and find information about my issue before posting although it was telling me I needed to set my DLPs.

    Hopefully they'll sort it soon.

I thought I'd re-create the flows in a different account, but use my original account for the OAuth, however, that failed to work too. Thanks Microsoft! ☹️

Any updates from Microsoft on this? Still broken and it's been weeks

No word from Microsoft as far as I know but it's fixed!! Just managed to re-add my connections and my flows work again!! 😁

Jup, I can confirm that as well. My private account (M365 Family subscription) is working with the Gmail connectors now. I believe others should work as well.
