Transfert appointement between Office 365 calendars

Hi all,

When an appt is created in calendar1, i'd like to send it to calendar2 (both calendars are Off365, 2 different tenants).

As of now, using event creation V2, i'm able to send a mail to mbox2 with object, starttime and endtime but did not found the way to create directly the appt in calendar2.

Any idea ?

    Hi DarkEric,

To sync event between two tenants, please make sure you have created connections to both the two accounts.

Then in the action “Create event(V2)”, click the ellipsis, under My connections, select the one that you want to create event.

Please have a try with it on your side.

    Mabel,

Thanks for your reply but doing this, the flow got confused on ownership for previous steps 😞

i.e it changed ownership on step 1 for main acct to secondary acct which is wrong.

Anyway, as i wish two accounts remained isolated,  i will do another way

send body in xml format like

    <?xml version="1.0"?>

    <Object>tadaam<Object>

    <Start>2017-11-10T11:30:00.0000000+00:00</Start>

    <Stop>2017-11-10T12:00:00.0000000+00:00</Stop>

and designing a flow on recipient mail box to integrate datas.

BUT the xpath usage seems dark to me 😞

    any help/advice would be great

    Hi DarkEric,

Per my test, as long as I selected the connection for the trigger/action, it won’t get confused.

You need to select the connection for each trigger/action before you configure the fields in it.

    Please try again with it.

    Mabel,

thanks for your reply, but i prefered not to mix accounts in tenants.

And for future use/developments, i prefer to send formatted mail to practice how to use it on other side.

    anyway thx for your time
