I have built custom copilot solution focused on HR in my organization using Microsoft Copilot Studio. I have created two separate topics to handle internal HR queries and external HR queries. Each of these topics uses its own knowledgebase - internal HR queries topic uses Sharepoint website for gathering the required information, while the external HR queries topic uses external website as knowledgebase.
In production, the copilot works satisfactory, successfully differentiating the user queries and choosing the correct topics and data sources. However, once deployed to a Teams channel, the results are completely different than in production environment. It successfully uses the external website sources and answers and references correctly. But regarding internal HR queries (where it needs to access the company Sharepoint website), it provides just general answers.
I wonder what the issue is here..
Does anyone have similar issue please?
Could this be caused by authorization issues possibly?
