Submit newForm, combo box default value is none, choice1 auto pickuped

Hello Experts,

I use modern controls to build forms. When I submit a new form, the default value for the combo box is none. But choice1 is automatically picked up and updated to the SP list. It's weird. Yesterday it was still working.

First question before we go further, does it work properly in a Classic Combo Box ?

Hi @WarrenBelz,

yes, it works in Classic CB. actually, it works in Modern CB before yesterday. it's the simplest submit form. So, I said it's weird.

Modern Controls are still mostly in Preview and can be inconsistent/unstable and are still "work in progress" in a number of areas. I suggest you consider reverting to a Classic Control for the moment.
