Assigning Approval to Shared E-mail

Hello,

Is it possible to assign an approval in Power Automate to a shared e-mail account w/mailbox so a specific person can avoid receiving approvals frequently? Or does it still have to be individual user accounts?

I greatly appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

As far as I am aware, sending approvals to a shared mailbox is not supported. You can use the Send Email with Options action instead. This allows you to define your own options, such as Approve and Reject, and send an e-mail to a shared mailbox. The flow will pause until a response is received from the shared mailbox.

Thanks so much for replying. Got it, this would be cool to see in the future for individuals that would prefer to have the option for approvals go to a shared e-mail mailbox.

Hi I managed to send assign an approval to a shared email account and it was received without problem. The problem occurred when trying to approve/reject - I received the following error message "failed to validate the signature of the actionable message card" Anyone else had the same problem? Has the issue been resolved?
