ReportI have a few different work flows with some issues. Please see error messages below when trying to attach a document to a list item.
Here are the error messages I keep getting for my workflow that is triggered by a MS form. The ones that have a document uploaded via the form are giving error messages. They were working just fine and now I can't get them to complete the process.
I have the form sending the document to my One Drive. I then direct the flow to go to that library and select the document. One flow is naming the document by the user who completed the form. That is not what I want it to do.
