    Hi @pritadewii ,

    Try :

    1. Click If yes 2 times and see if something changes
    2. Activating Experimental FeaturesabouchaalaBAIT_0-1697726018048.png
    3. Try with the new modern designer

    Hi @pritadewii !

Whenever you add a condition action, it automatically creates the yes part and no part which appears empty. So all you got to do is to specify which actions are necessary to be performed if the condition is true or false.

    As seen in old designer:

    As seen in new designer:

I think that the problem is that he is missing the Add an action action.. as shown in his screenshot

    Hi @abouchaalaBAIT !

Yes I just checked it once again and saw that what you mentioned is missing.

I found a similar thread with this issue: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Add-and-Action-is-missing-in-both-condition-outcomes/td-p/1228496

Here, the user mentioned it looks like some glitch. Hence he gave a try and error as, "Can you remove it, save the flow, close the browser and reopen the flow and test?"

I hope this information helps you @pritadewii

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a "Thumbs up" and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.
