Hi!

I'm in a real pickle. I have created a flow that sends a docusign envelope to a vendor when their vendor application is approved. The application is completed on Cognito Forms, reviewed and approved via a Power App and updated on a SharePoint List. The 'status' column properties is 'choice' changes to '4' when approved.

1 - returned for editing
2 - awaiting approval
3 - rejected
4 - approved

The problem is, I have realised, that now every time the status changes on any application to '4' (approved), all of the list rows containing '4' receive the contract again. It's a disaster!

    Hi @Dylan_Evans

Thanks for the screenshot. Do you need the Get Items? If it is then make sure it is filtered against the identifier (id) from the trigger. Most likely your Get Items are returning all the records. Check you are using the correct filter to get the record.

    Thanks

    Hi @Dylan_Evans,

According to your first reply and the screenshot, it seems like the Get items action filters out all items which 'status' equals to 4, right? Then the Apply to each would send contract to these items.

If no necessary, you could try to remove the Get items and try it again.
