Flow for Planner- Need Help

Hello Experts,

I am working on flows to move one plan's tasks(Microsoft Planner) to another plan.

I tried to use "List tasks" action to get all tasks from one plan and then use "Apply to each" action to check every task to find the tasks which I want to copy to another plan(just get the current information and create new task in another plan).

However, here is a problem that I only can check 400 results (I see in the apply to each results), show as picture

Can you tell me what's the problem?

Thank you so much!

    Hi @CanpotexInspire ,

I did a test on my side. With List tasks action, we can only get a maximum of 400 tasks.

I afraid that it is caused by the limitation of the "List tasks" action and If you want to increase the number of returned tasks, please consider submitting an idea to Flow Ideas Forum so it might be considered for future releases:

It is possible to set Power Automate to run on more than 400 items:

    1) In the List tasks step, click on the three dots to reveal the options menu

    2) Click Settings

    3) In the Settings menu, select the option Pagination, and then set Threshold to a number greater than the number of items in your plan - I chose 800 here, as my plan has around 600 tasks:

    4) Click Done

The flow will now execute to the maximum number of items that you specify:
