Automatically Change Status based on date and time

I want to automatically manage the status of 'OPEN' and 'CLOSED' based on the current date and time relative to specified start and end dates and times. The status should be 'CLOSED' until the start date and time, after which it will be 'OPEN' until the end date and time. Once the end date and time are reached, the status will revert to 'CLOSED'.

If either the start date or end date is left blank, then the system should not monitor or update the status for opening or closing. Until I inputing in.

Automatically Change Status based on date and time
The easiest way to do this is create a flow to run nightly that reads the list, Checks the Start Date and End Date to see if the Current Date is between them.  If it is then set the status to Open, otherwise set the status to Closed.  There is no way to create the status column so it will automatically change related to date. It has to be changed by an external process.
