    Hi @AzzaTalaat ,

What is your current situation? I have tested it on my side and it seems that I can't reproduce a similar issue.

But I found out that my Approval email was identified as Junk Email, and whether there is a similar situation on your side.

In addition, after Approval request is completed, the requestor will not receive the notification, and the relevant action needs to be configured in the Flow to achieve such a requirement.

The subscribed replies are working fine for me and email Approvals also.  Are you using an email that is in Office 365?  or some other email?  I've seen an instance where a mailbox was blacklisted by a mail service and emails weren't being delivered.  That would be what I would check next.  I don't think its an inherent problem with Flow email.

no, they re not at the junk or spam

and the email is correct and was working fine

by the way, I also noticed something, here there is an option to send me an email if someone replies, but when you replied I didn't receive any emails, do you think that it is a general issue with MS Flow emails

Double check to make sure they aren't ending up in your Spam or Junk folder.  If they are then make sure you whitelist the address they are coming from.  I've seen this in the past on occasion when demoing the email notifications.

Also check the run history to verify that the email is addressed correctly.  You can look at the inputs and outputs of the Approval step to make sure its picking up the correct email.
