Checking for changes expression not working

Hi Team, I have a flow where I need to import the data which consists of four columns. But then the following day, I need to check if my existing rows have changed and then note the change.

This is my flow below (which is working):

Any ideas on how to check columns for changes, and then create a new row in a separate (SP list) with a notification that the row has changed.

    Hi @Albertax,

Can you share how you configured your Get Items action? Do you have have any Filter Query in there?

That would be the place where I would start, by adding a filter the Modified column and compare it with today's date (utcNow function).
