Export to Excel (to be open locally on PC's)

Hi
 
I would like to export a collection from Power Apps as an Excel file.
The file should be saved in the local "Downloaded Files" - just as if you downloaded any onther file from the internet.
 
Is it possible..? - How..? ;-)
