I have a flow with multistage approvals. The flow is run by a service account. Recently, as soon as there is an action on an Approval an email goes out from the service account to both the requestor and the approver. However, the body of the email doesn't contain any useful information.

It does the same thing once the flow is approved. I am not able to figure out what is triggering this email but would like to get it stopped. Any help is appreciated.
