Email notifications for approvals

I have a flow with multistage approvals. The flow is run by a service account. Recently, as soon as there is an action on an Approval an email goes out from the service account to both the requestor and the approver. However, the body of the email doesn't contain any useful information.

It does the same thing once the flow is approved. I am not able to figure out what is triggering this email but would like to get it stopped. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @goaljnky ,

This particular email is not triggered from approval action and also there doesn't seems to be any action of email present in your flow (except for the condition action which is collapsed, expand thta and check if any email or outlook action is present).

There is one more possibility, there might be one more power automate created separately, which is causing this.
