Failed to refresh access token - error for one user

Hi all,

I have a problem with a flow triggered by a Power App. The solution is in the test evironment where there are 3 users, the flow is working for two of us, but fails for the third person with the error message :

Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and office365 is in the block list. Connection errors: [ParameterName: token, Error: Code: Unauthorized, Message: 'Failed to refresh access token for service: aadcertificate. [....] Error: Failed to acquire token from AAD: {"error":"invalid_grant","error_description":"AADSTS700082: The refresh token has expired due to inactivity. The token was issued on 2023-12-21T06:36:44.8597886Z and was inactive for 90.00:00:00.

The flow is very simple : Trigger by PowerApps -> Switch (Language) -> Send Email V2

Additional information in case it's helpful :

  • This user was removed from the test environment a while ago and has been readded recently.
  • They have told me that they changed their password about a month ago.
  • I am using a Power Apps premium (per user) licence, the second user is consuming a per app licence and the person having an issue has a developer licence (this was an error and we're trying to change it).
  • They also receive an error message when accessing the application to say they are not authorised, but are then able to use it
  • There are 4 per app licences on the environment but only 2 are being consumed

Can anyone shed some light on what is going on and how to resolve it ?

Thanks

This issue has now resolved itself. The user's developer licence was removed today so could be related to licencing but it's unclear.
