Hello i have a Change request list that we are using for document changes for historical retention.... but now its getting super swamped with line items and we would like to use a Tigger to move the completed Change request to a locked List.

The Tigger we wanted to use was a check box (yes/no) we already have the identical list created but i have gone around and around with an automation and i keep getting a failed

    @tictak89 - As @FLMike mentioned will need a little more clarifications to assist you...

    From the screenshot, it seems that you might want to use a Trigger condition...

    For example:

    @equals(triggerBody()?['YourColumnName'],true)
