Send an Email - based on a field labeled state from Power App Form

Good Morning,

 

I'm trying to send an email through a Flow based on a field labeled State.

 

For instance, the user selects Texas and an email will be sent out to that regional rep. In Power Apps, its a drop down field with the states listed.

 

In Flow, how would I create the relationship between the dropdown field selected = john.doe@email.com? I would be assigning the email relationship between that field and user in Flow as it does not exist in the data currently.
