How to get data from Workday SOAP API using the flow connector?

Hello,

 

I am trying to build a flow to connect MS Teams shifts and Workday. When an employee adds a time request in Shifts, I need to get the employee data from Workday. Has anybody worked on this? Any inputs will be appreciated.
