Connection authorization warning

We have a Power Automate flow that runs using the DocuSign connector. It was running fine one day, and then stopped. We only noticed several days later because emails didn't get sent and data wasn't updated. It turns out the DocuSign connector needed to be authorized. It didn't require entering a password - we only had to open the flow and click "Sign in" on the connector. The problem is that no one was notified the connection needed some attention.

Are there supposed to be any notifications when a connector needs attention, so we can know as soon as it happens and flows continue to run?

    Vinay,

Thanks for the response. I don't think it's the authentication token, because it was running for months and it's been running for almost a month since the connection was reauthorized.

And there was not notification of the flow failure, but it didn't fail, because it just completely stopped running. It never triggered after whatever happened to the connector happened. As soon as we signed into the connector by clicking sign in - without even entering a password - it started working and has been running fine since then.

Is your account running the flow is having conditional access enabled? If a conditional access is configured for account and a flow is running under that account, the lifetime of the authentication token is 14 days.

You may need to check with your global admin and security team to configure the token life times. Usually the owner of the flow will be notified when there is an error occurs with the flow saying your flow has failed. You may also configure to flow to run after when an error occurs. You can watch the below video on how to implement the same.

    Cheers,

    Vinay.
