Need help to fix the flow to send single email transaction by date

The goal is to be able to process sending out ONE email based upon specified date, capturing all email addresses joined together, with the logo file. Can someone help me fix below flow?

What step are you stuck in? Join email addresses or insert file into the email?

Could you please show more details or screenshots about the problem of your flow?

Hi Rimmon, finally found the issue with the help of my colleague. Had to remove the Apply to each action which causing the multiple emails being sent. @Rimmon appreciate for reaching out once again!
