We have a service ticket app that uses a SharePoint list to store ticket information. We are trying to develop a flow that will send a satisfaction survey to a user once their ticket is closed. We want this survey to be sent in a Teams message and appear that it came from the tech that helped them. We have setup the flow as it appears below. The Create a Chat action will not work unless we only have one email in there. Below are screenshots of what our flow looks like and the error that we are getting.
