Flow is not picking up my Microsoft Forms attachments

Hi Everyone,

I'm building a flow where if a User submits an attachment via a form it will > look at the department selected in the drop down > get the attachment in the submitted MS Form > Upload said attachment to a department specific folder in a sharepoint site.

I have the flow built out with a switch and it will go into the OneDrive folder where the forms attachments are place and get the file content then create the folder. I'm not entirely sure what is going on and why its failing would love some input, thanks! The error i get is " An Action failed. No Dependent actions succeeded"

Check if the file path in OneDrive is correct in the "List files in folder" and "Get file content using path" actions.

Ensure that the department names in your Switch action exactly match the dropdown options in the form.

Add a "Default" case to handle unexpected department values.

Verify permissions for SharePoint actions to ensure the folder creation and file upload work.

@SwatiSTW that was it, my "List files in folder" was not set correctly, i had to drill down one more folder. Thank you so much!
