Hi,

I have an environment variable where i would like to store a string.
Problem is that the string is >2000 characters and i get this message.

I can only find information to create an table with multi-line for PowerApps? but this setting doesn´t seem to be changed or added to Environment Variables?
I can´t  find a proper answer or yes/no to this question when searching so i would be really glad to get some feedback on this.

Thanks,
Karl

I would like to create an environment variable. (String)
When trying to add my string to the environment variable i simpy can´t create it becuase it triggers the error 'Value must not exceed 2000 character'.
My string is currently ~2200 characters and will expand to maybe 3000 characters.
I can only find the option to extend that number in PowerApps in multiline text tables but this doesn´t seem to be applicable to environt variables in Power Automate?

    Hello @karl86

Normally tables can be modified but this is not possible for environment variables. Maybe there is a special hack to do this but I think you will have to find a different place to store your value.

Where do you need this value or what is the purpose of it?

    Hello @Matthy79

Thank you. That´s what i thought.
I have not built that specific solution, merely troubleshooting but it´s a string that is sent via HTTP request to some other instance doing something..
I will check the whole scope and probably create 2 variables or make an excel table, sharepoint solution.

    Thanks!
