2Hi,
I would like to create a Power Automate flow to insert in a excel file all email received in shared email account and update the insered record with the name of replier.
I used these information as key :
| ConversationID | MessageID |
But sometimes are different value with the replier message.
These are the column of excel file :
| ID | ConversationID | MessageID | From | Sender | Sender Department | Subject | Received Time | Assigned to |

Any suggestion about a similar project ?
